Inspired by a passion for measurable results and creative innovation, I founded Atas Media Marketing in 2019 with a clear vision — to help brands grow smarter in the digital space. Before starting the company, I worked closely with various marketing agencies across media buying, web development, and design. I noticed a common challenge: many lacked the ability to combine creativity with performance-driven strategies. As a believer in focus over everything, I wanted to build an agency that delivers both — not by doing everything for everyone, but by excelling in what matters most.
Our day-one mission was simple: to help businesses grow through smart marketing and purposeful design. We started small, focusing on paid advertising and strategic content, and quickly gained traction with local brands who valued both creativity and data-driven results.
By early 2020, we expanded into website design and development, bringing in-house expertise to ensure every campaign not only attracted traffic but also converted it into measurable business growth. This approach formed the foundation of our three core pillars: Visibility, Engagement, and Conversion. These pillars continue to guide our strategies for clients across multiple industries.
In 2021, we grew our team and capabilities, strengthening our offerings in social media marketing, online advertising, and creative content production. We’ve built long-term partnerships rather than chasing quick wins — focusing on quality relationships, consistent results, and continuous improvement.

Web Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
- Translate client goals into actionable briefs for design and development
- Guide clients when their requests need refinement or clarification
- Collaborate with designers on wireframes and mockups
- Coordinate with developers to ensure builds are on track and up to standard
- QA websites before handover (we’ll train you on this if needed)
- Own the timeline — keep delivery on track and within scope
- Proactively solve problems, unblock your team, and maintain strong client relationships
- Support in creating scopes of work (SOWs), timelines, and improving delivery processes
Requirements
- 2–5 years in project management, client servicing, or account management (agency or ecommerce background preferred)
- Familiarity with Shopify or ecommerce platforms (bonus if you’ve launched a site)
- Understand the flow of a web project — idea → design → build → launch
- Strong communicator — confident, responsive, and clear
- Comfortable with tools like Notion, Trello, and Google Sheets
- Eye for detail and usability — you’re not a designer, but you notice bad UX
- Organised, dependable, and you follow through
